The Beach

We are located  in  a private beach community off the main highway with two deeded access points. Our home sits catty-corner from our main beach access,  a few steps from our house.   Our community is unique in that  the  first 100 feet from the mid-high-tide line across our community has a deeded easement for its residents and guest to enjoy.  Then the State of Alabama owns the beach from the mid-high-tide line out into the water for everyone to walk the beach across Alabama.
